Q - UI costs are really high given the economy – is there any reason to control unemployment claims?
A – Of course. Payable claims create a drain on your unemployment account. The greater the payout, the more the State agency increases your tax rate the following year to make up for decreased reserves.

A – Payable claims are a direct cause to increased tax rates. Our system tracks all of your claims and gives you the right terminology to use when responding to a UI claims through letters. It allows you to process claims at any level, and, through our Benefit Charge Extractor, be sure that you don’t pay for any claims that don’t belong to your company or that you had won the appeal.

Us4U has provided us with an excellent program which has been tailored to the needs of our company. They have continued to enhance our program on a regular basis as ideas come up and are more than willing to accommodate and fulfill our needs. The program has come to be a great asset to our company and has given our offices the ability to view live activity and run reports from their locations nationwide right at their desktops. Our unemployment process has gone completely paperless. Our program is now almost 100% complete to date, however, Us4U continues to work on more enhancements to our program, and the outcome in the future will be great. I would recommend Us4U to other companies as well.
Manager, Risk Services
Westaff began using the services of US4U and their proprietary software in 2007. We found their system could process unemployment claims far more effectively than services any third party administrator could have delivered. With continued enhancements and upgrades to the program made it even more viable to Westaff. This became what is now the underlying platform for Us4U’s software, and is available to employers nationwide. If you’d like to improve your Company’s administration of unemployment claims as well as reduce the dollar and time costs associated with those, I recommend serious consideration of US4U’s services.
