Us4U is dedicated to returning unemployment insurance administration and unemployment claims management back in to the hands of You, the employer.

Only the employer knows the facts and circumstances surrounding each separation.  Documenting the employment history of a former employee is difficult enough - hiring a third party administrator to recreate the work you already documented doubles your efforts, and with no guarantee the information will be portrayed to the State agency as you intended.

Us4U's goal is to encourage employers to regain control of unemployment claims administration and costs associated with the program, using either our web based or internally hosted, secure and efficient software system.  Us4u brings order, simplicity and accountability while eliminating the errors and duplication of efforts often associated with outsourcing the program.
Us4U's software tools will allow claims to be processed by Your staff - staff that's familiar with the separation ... staff who can pursue claims through all the adjudicative levels while maintaining a history of each action... staff who can record benefit charges associated with these claims to be sure no erroneous benefits slip through the cracks. And finally, staff that can tell you at a moment's notice exactly the status of any claim.

Us4U's unemployment software solutions are, effective, straightforward, and intended to give You a full functioning system to control your claims and related costs.

Us4U was founded by two former third-party unemployment claims and tax professionals. Based on their many years of practical knowledge working with employers in numerous industries and dealing with every known aspect of unemployment cost control services, e.g., separations, claims, hearings, charges and taxes, these former consultants decided to share their knowledge gained and provide the necessary tools to assist employers in controlling this invisible but highly manageable cost on their own. Please allow Us to introduce ourselves.
